How perfect would THIS be on a hot summer's day?
Iced Amaretto Coffee
1 cup fresh Amaretto coffee
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/3 teaspoon almond extract
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
ice cubes
a pinch of ground cinnamon.
Mix the coffee, sugar, milk, vanilla and almond extract. Put the ice cubes in the glasses. Pour the coffee mixture over the ice. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
