I for one, on this gorgeous Monday, am feeling grateful that Kate Zilahy has an obssession with 1)ice cream and 2)coffee. :) Because her Coffee Ice Cream Recipe sounds utterly heavenly to me!
I might even try this recipe with some crumbled Oreos tossed into the mix. Doesn't THAT sound sinful? :)) Or, if you're a true coffee fanatic (and I know you are) then maybe top a bowlful of this ice cream with a couple of chocolate covered espresso beans.

It's a well known trick to put a little coffee in chocolate ice cream - I also put cocoa (the unsweetened powder) into coffee!
